OK, so i uploaded a poster http://www.movieposterdb.com/poster/f31bd85d and it says i can download posters i uploaded for free, but i never got the 2 credits for it!

If I understand correctly you uploaded a poster and didn't receive credits for it? If that's the case you should contact Martin http://www.movieposterdb.com/profile/Martin/
he handles all credit issues.
Please note that when when a poster gets replaced or deleted the credits for it are removed. So if you had 2 credits and a poster of yours was deleted or replaced then you would now have 0 credits. That's how the site works.
