Is anyone having problems downloadign covers? Every time I try to download one I get the download dialogue box that pops up and then disappears automatically with nothing downloaded. It subtracts my credits too. It does this with anything I try (save as, open, save target as, etc.) Anyone else?

Yeah that's correct. However it's fixed now. You didn't lose any credits right?

I should have 90+ credits but it doesn't show that I have any.

You have no uploads and there are no posters in approval page uploaded by you, credits bought should be at least 100. So, why would you have to have 90+ credits?

Hi,

I have paid for 100 credits and the money has come out of my account via paypal yet my movieposter account still says that I have 0 credits.

I was wondering why this was?

When did you buy the credits? You can email me at martin at movieposterdb dot com. Make sure you also include the transaction id.

I got this message when trying to download posters " You may only download 500 images a week. Please contact us if you need large amounts of images." Does the calendar week roll? Does it start at the end of the previous week meaning, if the week ended on the 6th then the 13th would be the next download date? Would be helpful to have this information on the donate page. Any help appreciated. Thanks in advance.
